Avon Valley Sunrise Balloon Flight with Champagne Breakfast

The morning starts at the hangar in Northam, in the dark, and the crew runs you out to the launch site from there. Watching the balloon inflate is where most people first register the size of the thing: an envelope on the ground is far bigger than it ever looks in the air. Then into the basket with the pilot and up over the Avon Valley, with green fields, winding creeks and stock scattered across the farmland below as the sun comes up behind you. A champagne breakfast follows the flight, laid on by the same crew that got you off the ground.
