Balloon Flight + Valley of the Kings with an Egyptologist
This is the full-day version of Luxor: a sunrise balloon flight first, then the monuments themselves with an Egyptologist who can tell you what you are looking at. From the basket, the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's temple appear below in the first light, laid out like a map you are about to use. Back on the ground, an air-conditioned car and your private guide take over. The itinerary covers the royal tombs of the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon, with transfers included throughout the day. Traveling with an Egyptologist changes the pace. Questions get real answers, hieroglyphs stop being decoration, and the tombs turn into biographies. It makes for a long day. It is also the one that covers Luxor properly.
