Segovia Sunrise Balloon Flight with Brunch, Cava and Madrid Transfer Option
An hour in the air over Segovia at sunrise, with the Roman aqueduct, the cathedral and the Alcázar passing underneath. The early alarm is the price of admission. Balloons fly at dawn because that is when the air is still, and Segovia at that hour is largely empty, which is its own argument. After landing there is a Spanish brunch with a glass of cava, plus a souvenir photo, a video and a flight certificate. Transport is the decision to make at booking. Either get yourself to the launch field and back, or add round-trip transport from central Madrid.
