Sunrise Balloon Flight over Segovia or Toledo with Siempre en las Nubes

One booking, two possible cities. The flight goes up over either Toledo or Segovia, and each has its own meeting point, so check which one you are on before setting the alarm. Take-off is at sunrise, when the wind is light and the air still cool. Over Toledo the balloon crosses the Alcázar and the loop of the Tagus that wraps around the old town. Over Segovia it is the aqueduct, one of the best preserved pieces of Roman engineering anywhere. Both are World Heritage cities, and from a few hundred or a few thousand feet up you get the country around them as well, along with whatever wildlife is moving at that hour. Ballooning is calm and slightly unnerving at once, which is most of the appeal.
