MallorcaOne of the few flights anywhere that lets you pick which end of the day you want. Morning or afternoon, sunrise or sunset, from the same launch site at Cala Millor on the north-east coast. Baskets carry 6 to 10 people, which is small for a shared flight, and the hour in the air covers the beaches and the pine-covered shoreline this corner of the island is known for, with the sea running out past all of it. Champagne after landing. There is no hotel pickup on this one: you make your own way to the meeting point, and the flight finishes there too.

Departure from Cala Millor, Mallorca, at the Restaurant BONANZA. The guide waits at the restaurant's main door, and the flight returns to the same point. Both the time and the meeting point can change with the season and the weather.

Morning or afternoon, with no hotel pickup. On arrival you meet the host and watch the balloon inflate, take the safety briefing, then climb in. Once up, the coast of north-east Mallorca and the sea around it are the view, and the pilot talks through what is below, including the white sand beaches this part of the island is known for. About an hour in the air, then the landing on the pilot's instructions. Finish your drink, say goodbye to the pilot and the rest of the group, and the morning ends back at the meeting point.
