Premium Balloon Ride over Vilnius Old Town, or Trakai

Vilnius is one of very few European capitals where balloons are allowed over the city, and the baroque Old Town underneath is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Early light across those roofs is the reason to be above them rather than walking them. There is a caveat the operator states plainly, and it is worth reading before booking. Air traffic into Vilnius International Airport has increased and flights over the city have been restricted. They still happen when conditions allow, but on the days they cannot, the balloon flies over Trakai castle instead, with the transfer included. Book expecting either one. Families and children are charged at reduced rates.
