Private Albuquerque Balloon Flight for 2 to 8 with Elevated New Mexico
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
AlbuquerquePrivate here means 2 to 8 people, which is smaller than what most Albuquerque operators mean by it: 4 to 12 is the usual definition of a semi-private flight. The basket is yours, and the pilot is talking to your group rather than over it. That pilot is FAA certified with close to 30 years on balloons. Setup happens in front of you, with the Rio Grande valley and the Sandias already in view while the crew works. A toast and snacks follow the landing. One practical note the operator makes plainly: the time on your ticket is not necessarily the time you start. Sunrise moves through the year and the pickup moves with it.
What's included
- Mimosa's or Sparkling Cider for a toast to our great flight!

Pickup in front of Hannah & Nate's before sunrise, then the drive to whichever launch site has been chosen for that day. Sunrise times move through the year, so the time printed on your ticket may not be the time you actually start.
Albuquerque
The pilot is FAA certified with close to 30 years on balloons. The crew sets up while you watch, with the Rio Grande valley and the Sandia mountains already in view. Once airborne, the flight becomes a guided tour of the city and the country around it.
Petroglyph National Monument
The Petroglyph area west of the city: old volcanoes and lava flows, which only really make sense from the air.
