Luxor Sunrise Balloon Ride with Transfers Included

Few sunrise flights in Luxor come in at this fare with road transfers already covered. There is no separate taxi to arrange for the west bank at four in the morning: the drive out to the launch field and back after landing is part of the ticket. The flight lasts roughly 45 to 60 minutes. Burners fire while the sky is still dark, and the balloon climbs away from the west bank as the sun comes up over the desert. From the basket the terraced Temple of Hatshepsut is visible below, along with the ridge of dry hills that hides the Valley of the Kings. Pickup is early, from a central Luxor hotel or a Nile cruise ship, by air-conditioned vehicle. At the launch site there is a light snack and refreshments, then a safety briefing from the pilot and ground crew before boarding. The basket is shared with several other passengers.
