MarrakechCiel d'Afrique has been flying in Morocco since 1990, which makes it the longest running operation in the country. The morning starts with a 4x4 transfer out to the launch site, then an hour in the air over the colours of the Moroccan countryside. The balloons vary with the size of the group, and both shared and private flights are available. A full basket takes up to 19 passengers, divided into four compartments with a maximum of five people in each, which is what the compartments are for. After the landing, an off-road drive through the bush to a traditional caidal tent, where a Berber breakfast is waiting.

La Palmeraie
Morning pickup in Marrakech and a 35 minute drive to the Jbilet old mountains, north of the Palmeraie. Flight of 40 to 60 minutes, then an off-road drive to the camp for a Berber breakfast in the tent. Flight certificate, and the drive back to where you are staying.
