Private Dubai Balloon Flight with Breakfast Served in a Seated Basket
Balloon baskets do not normally have seats. Everyone stands for the whole flight, which is fine for an hour and hopeless if you want to eat a meal. This flight uses a seated basket, the only one in the Middle East, and that is what makes breakfast in the air possible at all. The meal is gourmet and served during the flight rather than after it, at a table in a basket built around the idea, with the desert moving past underneath. Oryx and gazelles are both possible below, depending on the morning. The booking is private, and the flight leaves from Margham.

Margham
The UAE's first seated balloon breakfast, in a basket designed around the idea rather than adapted to it. Nobody spends the flight standing. The gourmet breakfast is served in the air, not on the ground afterwards. Desert wildlife such as oryx and gazelles is possible below. The setup also makes for photographs nobody else comes home with: a laid table, and the desert running out behind it.
