Balloon Flight over the Teotihuacan Valley with Cave Breakfast and Pyramids

4:00 am to 4:30 am: pickup from your hotel or address in Mexico City, covering Condesa, Polanco, Roma, Centro, Reforma and more. This applies only to the option that includes it, and the exact time is confirmed the day before. 4:30 am: the transfer leaves for the offices in Teotihuacan.

6:00 am to 6:30 am: arrival in Teotihuacan and check-in, then the terrace for coffee and cookies, then out to your balloon with time for photographs. 6:30 am: take-off. The flight lasts 35 to 50 minutes depending on the weather. On landing there is a sparkling wine toast and a flight certificate, then the return to the offices, where a photo package can be bought at extra cost.

8:00 am to 9:00 am: after the flight, breakfast at a restaurant inside a natural cave. The food is typical of the Teotihuacan region and of Mexico more widely, and the room itself is the reason people remember it. (Only on the option that includes it.)

9:00 am to 10:00 am: a local artisan cooperative, with an explanation of Teotihuacan culture, obsidian, maguey and precious stones, plus a tasting of drinks typical of the region.

10:00 am to 11:30 am: up to 1.5 hours free to walk the Teotihuacan pyramids. The Causeway of the Dead is worth the walk, with the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon to photograph along it. Access ticket not included.

11:30 am to 1:00 pm: drop-off at the same place you were picked up, traffic permitting. Mexico City closes streets often for marches, marathons and public events, so timings move. A different drop-off point is possible if you have plans afterwards, as long as you say so in advance.
