JohannesburgThe safari version of the same private booking: a smaller balloon, two passengers only, and reserve country underneath rather than farmland. A balloon is the quietest way to get above a reserve. There is no engine, and between burns there is no sound at all, so the ground below carries on much as it would with nobody watching. Champagne, sunrise, and a pilot who will talk you through what is down there or leave you to it, whichever you prefer. The operator sells these for engagements, anniversaries and birthdays. All sales are final and cancellations are not refunded.

- We require a minimum of 4 passengers to confirm a flight on-board one of our larger passenger balloons. There are two alternatives available, we can provisionally book you onto the date then try to confirm another 2 passengers to fly with you or we can move your flight to the next suitable date.
Good to know
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Guests with any medical conditions, that they feel AirVentures should be made aware of, accept the responsibility to advise us accordingly.
- All passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight, and must be able to enter and exit the basket.
- To conform with the industry accepted practice, we consider it unsafe to fly when pregnant.
