Mexico CityThe balloon goes up at first light over the pyramids of Teotihuacan. From the air the whole site sits in one frame, which is not how it looks from the ground. Breakfast comes after the landing, inside a natural cave. Between the two, the traditional toast with the pilot. The rest of the morning stays on the ground: coffee and bread at the balloon port before take-off, then a local cooperative with workshops and a drink tasting, then up to two hours inside the archaeological zone at your own pace. Entrance to the zone is not included. Transport from Mexico City is part of the service on the options that include it, with pickup and drop-off at your accommodation. Times through the morning are approximate and move with the weather, the traffic and whatever else the day brings.

Booking the option without transport means making your own way to the facilities. The location of the offices is sent the day before, and the appointment is at the balloon port.
